JN Coffee Farms specializes in 100% Ka'u Coffee. Ka'u is the agricultural district just south of Kona. They are a family-run coffee farm that takes pride in the quality of our coffee. Their select harvest style consists of only hand picking only the ripest cherries. The pulping process is done the day of harvest by wet pulping methods. The beans are then sun dried in patio racks and are rotated by hand. With the exception of a few seasonal coffee pickers, every step up until roasting is completely done by owners Leo, Hermie, and Joann Norberte. Their beans are hulled, graded, polished then roasted by experienced roasters all over the world.
